Various interior and exterior upgrades to a rural First Nations School

The clients requested multiple upgrades to their local school. This involved procuring several trades and aligning  the activity to promote functionality and ensure efficient project management. The project consisted of:

• Replacement of external vapor barrier and weeping tile

• Replaced concrete sidewalks

• Installation of new windows, exterior and interior doors

• Installation of new flooring in common areas and washrooms

• Upgrades to plumbing and bathrooms; new toilets, sinks, urinals and water fountains

• Upgrades lighting throughout facility.
